Terms and Conditions

  1. The regulations refer to apartment rental.
  2. You can book the apartment only by using the “Book now” button.
  3. You can check on resign regulations after clicking “Book now” button and providing arrival and departure dates. (Regulations may differ depending on dates).
  4. We can only check You in if you show us a valid ID card or passport.
    • Check-in from 2pm
    • Check-out up to 11am
  5. It is possible to extend your stay only if apartment is not booked already.
  6. You need to specify in advance how many persons will stay in the apartment.
  7. In case: there are more people staying in the apartment (than specified in contract), you destroy apartment equipment in the apartment or misbehave during night time hours we may charge you more or we may terminate the contract.
  8. The apartment owner may check on the apartment also during your stay.
  9. You will need to pay for all potential damages you might do during your stay in the apartment.
  10. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belonging during Your stay.
  11. You must not allow 3rd parties to stay in the apartment.
  12. Visitors may enter the apartment between 7am and 10pm. Night time hours are 10pm to 6am.
  13. We may reject Your reservation if You violated the regulations during Your last stay.
  14. In all matters not described in the regulations, rules of the polish civil code do apply.
